Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated Recruiter for a full-time role based on-site in Hyderabad. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for the end-to-end hiring process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates across various positions. Key duties include collaborating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, utilizing innovative sourcing techniques, maintaining a strong pipeline of candidates, and ensuring the best candidate experience. You will also manage job postings, coordinate recruitment events, and provide insights on market trends to optimize hiring strategies.

Qualifications

Expertise in Sourcing Techniques, Candidate Screening, and Talent Assessment
Min 2 Years and Max 3 years into Non-IT recruitment
Strong understanding of Recruitment Strategies, Workforce Planning, and Employer Branding
Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Interpersonal Skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Prior experience in recruiting within specialized industries such as IT, Banking, or Healthcare is an advantage
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
