Job Description
Essential Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers and business unit leader to understand hiring requirements, products and services while providing consultative expertise in recruitment.
- Lead & develop recruiting strategies and manage the end-to-end hiring activities of assigned requisitions, delivering an efficient and effective recruiting partnership.
- Oversees candidates in the talent pipeline through every life cycle stage and develop an outstanding candidate experience and recognition of downstream impact on other disciplines
- Advises and influences leaders of assigned business units on Talent Acquisition strategy and how to identify and invest in talent pipeline
- Conduct ongoing market research and analysis to develop innovative and effective sourcing strategies, providing market intelligence to the business as required.
- Collaborates regularly with peers and/or internal partners
Expected Qualifications
- 3+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor s degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.
Additional Responsibilities & Preferred Qualifications
3+ years experience in hiring for Emerging Technologies such as Data Science and AI/ML
