Sr Recruiter Benchsales /Manager

As a Bench Sales Manager at Vaaridatech, your role will involve handling H1B, H1 Transfers, CPT, OPT, GC, and US Citizens. Key Responsibilities: - Manage bench sales operations effectively - Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and consultants - Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients - Provide leadership and guidance to the sales team Qualifications Required: - 5+ years of experience in bench sales (preferred) - Proven track record in handling H1B, H1 Transfers, CPT, OPT, GC, and US Citizens - Strong vendor network and database of consultants - Excellent negotiation skills and team leadership ability As a Bench Sales Recruiter at Vaaridatech, your main responsibility will be marketing IT consultants including H1B, CPT, OPT, GC, and Citizens. You should have a good understanding of US Tax Terms such as W2, 1099, C2C. Being a self-starter and a quick learner will be advantageous in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Market and promote IT consultants to potential clients - Understand and utilize US Tax Terms effectively - Source, screen, and recruit candidates for various positions - Work independently to achieve recruitment targets Qualifications Required: - 2-3 years of experience in marketing IT consultants - Proficiency in handling H1B, CPT, OPT, GC, and Citizens - Knowledge of US Tax Terms such as W2, 1099, C2C - Self-starter with a quick learning ability As an OPT Recruiter at Vaaridatech, you will be responsible for working with OPT candidates, maintaining relationships with them, and providing career guidance. Excellent communication and follow-up skills are essential for success in this role.
