As the Trade Marketing & BTL Executive in the assigned geography, you will have direct responsibility for the proper implementation of all Trade Marketing & BTL activities. Your key responsibilities will include identifying the appropriate trade marketing and BTL activities, translating brand plans into implementation strategies, and focusing on developing these activities in weak and moderate markets. You will also be responsible for selecting the right outlets for trade marketing activities, such as dealer board branding, in-shop branding, retailer meets, and retailer engagement activities. Additionally, you will ensure the selection of suitable BTL activities for the target group, which may include women marathons, RWA events, joggers park activities, and in-shop consumer sampling. It will be essential for you to measure the ROI for every activity conducted, ensure the proper printing and fabrication of collaterals and POS materials, and drive visibility and merchandising at the point of sale. You will also oversee consumer sampling through sales promoters at POS and POA, and coordinate with agencies to plan, execute, and implement trade marketing and BTL activities. Monitoring and tracking all activities on a monthly and quarterly basis will be a crucial part of your role. To succeed in this position, you must be willing to travel 10-12 days per month, have a strong vendor and agency network, be under 35 years of age, hold a graduate degree, and possess fluency in the local language. Lead procurement of project-related equipment including SS & MSGL reactors, filtration and drying process equipment, fabricated structures, pumps, and instruments for our agrochemical plant.
