Job Description

Sr. Quality Control Engineer

Roles & Responsibilities:

Quality Assurance & Control
: Implement and manage quality assurance and quality control (
QA/QC
) systems across all real estate projects.
On-site Quality Checks
: Carry out quality checks on materials and workmanship at construction sites to ensure conformance to industry standards and applicable codes.
Material Testing
: Apply knowledge of
IS codes
for construction and material testing. Be conversant with site laboratory setup and testing procedures.
Concrete Expertise
: Utilize experience in high-grade concrete mix designs and testing.
Documentation & Reporting
: Maintain working knowledge of
MS Word/Excel
for documentation and reporting purposes.

Skills Required

A Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university or institute.
Experience as a
QA/QC Engineer
, with a focus on premium high-rise residential projects.
Knowledge of applicable
IS codes
for construction and material testing.
Conversant with site laboratory setup and testing.
Experience in high-grade concrete mix designs and testing.
Working knowledge of
MS Word
and
Excel
.
Good communication skills (verbal and written), organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities.
