Job Description

Online Savaari is looking for Sr Quality Auditor - Customer Experience to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey

Quality Audits: Plan and execute quality audits on products, processes, or services to identify non-compliance, defects, and areas for improvement
Compliance Monitoring: Ensure that the organization adheres to regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal quality control procedures
Quality Inspections: Inspect and evaluate products, components, or materials to assess their quality and compliance with established standards
Documentation Review: Review documentation, records, and reports to verify adherence to quality standards and procedures
Data Analysis: Analyze quality-related data to identify trends, patterns, and areas of concern
Root Cause Analysis: Investigate quality issues, identify root causes, and collaborate with relevant teams to implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
Process Improvement: Suggest process improvements and optimization strategies based on audit findings
Reporting: Prepare audit reports, findings, and recommendations for management and stakeholders
Training and Education: Provide training and guidance to employees on quality control procedures and compliance requirements
Supplier Audits: Conduct audits of supplier and vendor quality control processes to ensure the quality of materials and components
Customer Feedback: Collect and analyze customer feedback related to quality and incorporate it into quality improvement initiatives
