Sr. QA Engineer

As a Senior QA Engineer at Bharti Soft Tech Pvt Ltd, your primary responsibility will be to enhance the test coverage and capability of the software and products within the company. Your role will involve collaborating with software/product designers to establish quality assurance parameters, developing automation test scripts and integrating them into the DevOps pipeline, expanding test coverage through the creation of test cases, implementing testing procedures, troubleshooting quality issues, and conducting analysis checks on product specifications. Additionally, you will be reviewing Quality Assurance reports to ensure the quality standards are met. **Key Responsibilities:** - Meeting with software/product designers to define quality assurance parameters. - Writing automation test scripts and integrating them into the DevOps pipeline. - Creating test cases to increase test coverage. - Implementing testing procedures and supervising the QA process. - Troubleshooting quality issues and adjusting test procedures. - Performing analysis checks on product specifications. - Reviewing Quality Assurance reports. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in computer science or a relevant field. - 5+ years of experience in software quality control and assurance. - 2+ years of experience in API test automation. - Proficiency in using popular test and defect management tools like Jira, Confluence, etc. - Ability to create test cases, test plans, use cases, Requirement traceability matrix, and defect reports. - Familiarity with programming languages such as PHP/Golang or any other. - Knowledge and experience in Database Management systems (SQL & NoSQL). - Experience using PHPUnit, Selenium, JMeter. - Experience in Financial Services. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills. - Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Capable of coaching and mentoring junior QA/QC Engineers.
