JOB DESCRIPTION Company Profile: Tirupati Cement Products is one of the largest physical infrastructure development companies in North India. We have a dominant presence in water sector. We execute projects in the Drinking Water, Sewerage and Drainage Sector. Till date we have executed various prestigious projects on EPC basis for Central/State government departments. Besides its large scale of operations in building water infrastructure projects, we also under take specialized works of Micro Tunneling by Trenchless Technology / Horizontal Directional Drilling. Our Turnover from operations is close to Rs. 375 Crores. Job Title: Sr. Project Manager Position Type: Full Time Dept.: Project Construction Location: Project Sites in India Salary Range: Rs 8 to 10 Lacs per annum Qualification: Degree in Civil Engineering Work Experience: Minimum 8 to 15 years in Construction Industry Roles & Responsibilities Topographical survey Laying / Jointing testing & Commissioning of Water / Sewerage Pipelines Construction of Office Buildings, Boundary wall, WTP, STP, Pump House, Intake Well, GLSR/ UGR/ OHTs Installation testing & commissioning of mechanical Items like Pumps, Valves etc. Installation testing & commissioning of electrical items required in Water & Sewerage projects Liasoning with Dept. Officials for obtaining clearances, Invoicing, Payment etc. Responsible for the smooth execution of the overall Project including profitability Responsible to handle at site the allocated Supervisor, Engineers, Workmen Labour, Plant & Machinery Preferred Skill Sets: Fully conversant with MS Office i.e. MS Word, Excel, etc. Salary: Not a constraint for deserving Candidates. Range 8 L to 10L per Annum Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year Schedule: Day shift Work Location: On the road
