Job Description

Job Summary

The Sr Product Specialist(ISG) will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing Veeva CTMS and Veeva Vault systems. With a focus on enhancing clinical trial management processes the candidate will ensure seamless integration and functionality of these platforms. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and domain knowledge in R&D Preclinical and Clinical settings to drive efficiency and innovation.

Responsibilities

Manage and optimize Veeva CTMS and Veeva Vault systems to enhance clinical trial management processes.
Ensure seamless integration and functionality of Veeva platforms to support clinical operations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions that meet business needs.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Veeva CTMS and Vault systems to ensure smooth operations.
Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations processes and procedures.
Conduct training sessions for end-users to maximize the utilization of Veeva systems.
Monitor system performance and implement enhancements to improve efficiency and user experience.
Stay updated with the latest developments in Veeva technologies and recommend upgrades or changes as necessary.
Work closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards in all system implementations.
Support data migration and integration projects to ensure data integrity and consistency.
Participate in system validation and testing activities to ensure quality and reliability.
Provide insights and recommendations to drive innovation and efficiency in clinical trial management.

Qualifications

Possess strong technical expertise in Veeva CTMS Veeva Vault for eTMF and Vault CTMS.
Demonstrate experience in managing and optimizing Veeva systems in a clinical setting.
Have a solid understanding of R&D Preclinical and Clinical domains.
Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
Show proficiency in collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Display strong communication skills to effectively train and support end-users.
Maintain a proactive approach to staying updated with industry trends and technological advancements.
