Shift Time: Day shift - 9:OO pm - 6:00 pm // Night shift: 6:30 pm - 3:30 am (IST)

Role Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Sr. Process Associate to join our Benefits Administration team. The role involves handling end-to-end processes of US Benefits and Payroll, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and seamless support to employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage US Benefits administration processes including enrollments, terminations, reconciliations, and 401K transactions.
  • Handle US Payroll activities such as garnishments, E-Verify, new hire, and rehire processes.
  • Ensure accurate data entry and timely updates in benefits and payroll systems.
  • Reconcile and audit employee benefits data to maintain compliance with regulations.
  • Provide process support and resolve employee queries related to benefits and payroll.
  • Collaborate with HR, payroll providers, and third-party vendors for smooth execution of benefits programs.
  • Document and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for process improvements.

Skills & Competencies:
  • Strong knowledge of US Benefits and Payroll processes.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite with intermediate computer skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage confidential employee information with integrity.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
