Support and maintain HR applications used within BGSW, ensuring smooth service delivery, process compliance, and continuous improvement of HR tools and solutions.
The role acts as a link between HR Operations, IT, and BDO teams for application-related topics.
Provide operational support for HR applications (SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, HR Tools, etc. ).
Ensure HR data accuracy, compliance, and adherence to security standards.
Collaborate with HR, IT and stakeholders for issue resolution and enhancements.
Support automation, tool integrations, and process optimization initiatives.
Participate in global/local rollouts of HR applications within BDO Services.
