From managing media relations for key client projects, online reputation management and effective communication/outreach across domains, you ll be doing it all in a start-up styled, lean-team setup. Get ready to dive into an exciting role where youll be crafting engaging campaigns, building relationships, and making a real impact! Your responsibilities will include: Working in a lean team, driving excellence across clients while generating new ideas and leads to improve media presence & brand awareness for client across the board. Craft captivating press releases, media kits, and communication materials that tell our stories in a way that grabs attention and sparks curiosity. Creating and maintaining an ongoing media relationship with key influencers Ongoing media outreach and culling out opportunities Organizing and conducting Relationship Building Meetings with key client contacts Keeping your finger on the pulse of the media landscape, social media trends, and public sentiment to guide our strategies and stay one step ahead. Maintaining high traction on ongoing media coverage (Online) Listening into audience conversations and tracking sentiment Ensuring participation in events, speakership opportunities, and awards. Generating new ideas and leads to improve media presence & brand awareness Be an innovator! Stay ahead of the curve, explore new PR tools and techniques, and bring fresh ideas to the table that set us apart from the crowd. Who/what are we looking for? A minimum work experience of 3 years (maximum 3.5 - 4 years) in PR or a similar role (Yes, Freshers can apply). Proficient in written communication, have worked directly in media relations (internships) and ideally, be a Graduate/Post Graduate in Journalism, Mass Communication, PR/Advertising.
