Sr. PR & Communications Associate

As a Public Relations believer joining our start-up styled, lean-team setup, you will be responsible for managing media relations for key client projects, online reputation management, and effective influencer outreach across domains. We are looking for self-starters and go-getters with a maximum of 3 years of experience in an agency, particularly those who have managed multiple beats in HR, Business, and FMCG. Your role will involve building relationships, making a real impact, and driving excellence across clients. Your responsibilities will include crafting captivating press releases, media kits, and communication material to enhance media presence and brand awareness for clients on various platforms. You will also be tasked with creating and maintaining ongoing media relationships with journalists and online media partners, conducting media outreach, and identifying opportunities. Staying updated on the media landscape, social media trends, and public sentiment will be crucial for guiding strategies and maintaining high traction on media coverage. We are seeking individuals with a minimum of 3 years (maximum 4 years) of work experience in Public Relations and Content, proficient in written communication, with direct experience in media relations. Ideally, candidates should be Graduates or Post Graduates in Journalism, Mass Communication, or PR/Advertising.
