Job Title: Sr. Portfolio Manager – Dubai Real Estate Location: Noida, India (Office-Based) Reporting To: Director – International Real Estate Industry: Real Estate | International Sales | Investment Advisory ⸻ Job Summary: As a Sr. Portfolio Manager, you will be responsible for managing and expanding a portfolio of high-net-worth clients and investors interested in Dubai real estate. You will serve as a key advisor, helping clients make informed investment decisions in the Dubai property market. This role involves deep market understanding, relationship building, and closing high-ticket deals while operating from our Noida office. ⸻ Key Responsibilities: • Develop and manage a portfolio of clients interested in investing in Dubai real estate (residential and commercial). • Understand and present Dubai property offerings — off-plan, ready-to-move, and investment projects — with a consultative approach. • Conduct virtual and in-person client presentations, property webinars, and investment pitches. • Coordinate with on-ground Dubai sales and operations teams for property selection, site visits, and transactions. • Stay updated with Dubai real estate trends, laws, ROI metrics, developer launches, and payment plans. • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through strong client follow-ups and conversions. • Guide clients through the complete transaction lifecycle, including documentation, payments, and after-sales support. • Build lasting relationships with investors, NRIs, and HNIs through personalized advisory and portfolio planning. ⸻ Required Skills & Qualifications: • Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Finance, or Real Estate. • Strong understanding of Dubai property laws, ROI models, and developer ecosystem. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills. • Proficient in CRM tools, MS Office, and real estate sales platforms. • Strong network of NRI investors or past experience in handling HNI clients is a plus.
