Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sr. Sales Manager located in Noida & Dubai. The Sr. Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and directing the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include identifying potential clients, conducting client meetings, demonstrating property options, negotiating deals, and ensuring client satisfaction. The role also involves market research, analyzing sales data, and coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth property transactions. Qualifications Experience in sales management and strategy development Strong negotiation and client relationship building skills In-depth knowledge of the real estate market and property laws Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proven track record of achieving sales targets Leadership qualities with the ability to manage and motivate a team Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software Show more Show less
