Role Overview

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Sr. PHP Developer (Laravel) who will be responsible for developing high-performing web applications, designing scalable solutions, and mentoring junior developers. The ideal candidate should be proficient in PHP, Laravel, MySQL, and RESTful APIs, with strong problem-solving and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and deploy secure, scalable, and high-quality web applications using PHP (Laravel framework).
• Collaborate with front-end developers, designers, and project managers to deliver seamless user experiences.
• Optimize application performance, troubleshoot bugs, and implement best coding practices.
• Integrate third-party APIs, payment gateways, and other external services.
• Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code following industry standards (PSR).
• Lead and mentor junior developers, conducting code reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies to continuously enhance skills and processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2–3 years of proven experience in PHP & Laravel development.
• Strong knowledge of OOP concepts, MVC architecture, MySQL, and RESTful APIs.
• Hands-on experience with JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX, HTML5, CSS3.
• Experience with version control tools like Git/GitHub.
• Knowledge of caching, queues, and optimization techniques for performance improvement.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Nice-to-Have (Optional):

• Experience with Vue.js/React.js.
• Knowledge of AWS, Docker, or CI/CD pipelines.
• Exposure to Agile methodology and project management tools like Jira/Trello.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹54,818.41 per month
