Required Candidate from Facility management Background

Salary - 48000/- to 50000/-

Experience- 5 to 7 years.

Key Performance Indicators (KPI) – 

1. Monitoring Site Visits

• Ensure daily tracking of site visits conducted by Operation Executives and Operation Managers.

• Review and verify field activity through location tracking, photos, and client acknowledgment.

2. Shortage Fulfilment

• Track daily shortage reports across all sites.

• Coordinate with the team to fulfil manpower shortages within the defined TAT (Turn Around Time) of 24 to 48 hours.

3. Surprise Site Visits & Audits

• Conduct 3 to 4 surprise site visits per week.

• Prepare audit reports post-visit, share with the internal team and client.

• Ensure MOM (Minutes of Meeting) is prepared and shared with client within 24 hours of visit.

4. Business Development & Lead Generation

• Generate and submit new business leads daily.

• Collect new client data from field staff and maintain a prospect list.

5. Outstanding Collection & Salary Disbursement

• Follow up and ensure timely collection of outstanding payments from clients.

• Ensure timely salary disbursement to all site staff.

6. Training & Night Rounds

• Ensure that regular on-site training sessions are conducted.

• Night rounds to be conducted weekly and reported with photographic evidence and summary.

• Client to be updated via email with report.

7. Client Feedback Collection

• Ensure that Operation Executives collect signed client feedback forms during site visits.

• Summarize feedback in a monthly report with actionable points.

8. Attendance Monitoring

• Ensure all site staff attendance is marked accurately in the software.

• Daily tracking of missed entries and correction follow-ups.

9. Recruitment Monitoring

• Ensure daily recruitment activities by the operations team.

• Consolidate and submit a weekly recruitment report.
