We are currently seeking a Sr Network Engineer to join our team at FlairDeck in Noida for a full-time on-site role. The Specialist will play a crucial role in network administration, Wireless Network troubleshooting, network security, network design, and other networking tasks to ensure seamless connectivity and operations. Responsibilities include configuration, administration, and support of Palo Alto firewall environments, Cisco network components, and the global VPN landscape to guarantee smooth operations. The role also involves troubleshooting network environments, developing technical solutions for data networks, project work in the network and firewall environment, optimization of IT network infrastructure for availability and security, and monitoring and performance optimization of the global network landscape. Additionally, the Specialist will be responsible for securing network systems, establishing and enforcing policies, defining and monitoring access, providing consulting on network architectures for sites and construction sites, and participating in global on-call services. The ideal candidate should possess at least 5 years of experience in network technologies including WAN, LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN (Cisco, Palo Alto, MPLS, SD-WAN, NAC), good knowledge of Windows systems, and administration of network-related services (DNS, DHCP, NPAS). A deep understanding of networking protocols such as IPSEC, HSRP, BGP, OSPF, QoS is essential. Hands-on experience with monitoring, network diagnostic, and network analytics tools like CheckMK, Zabbix, Nagios, PRTG is required. Previous experience in large enterprise environments, client-facing roles, and expertise in design, solutioning, and implementation are crucial. Certifications such as CCNA are required, and CCNP/CCIE Collaboration certifications are desirable. Strong communication skills are also necessary to excel in this role.,
