Job Title: Senior MERN Stack Developer

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior MERN Stack Developer to join our dynamic technology team. The ideal candidate must possess deep technical expertise in React.js and Node.js, with additional knowledge of Python being a strong advantage. You will be responsible for leading and driving the development of scalable web applications, ensuring high performance, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain modern web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
• Write reusable, testable, and efficient code following best practices and design patterns.
• Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, and backend developers to deliver robust and user-friendly features.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Perform code reviews and mentor junior developers in the team.
• Work with RESTful APIs and third-party integrations.
• Utilize knowledge of Python in data processing, API development, or backend enhancements as needed.
• Troubleshoot and debug production issues quickly and effectively.
• Maintain documentation related to architecture, processes, and systems.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in full-stack development.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 7 years of experience in full-stack development, primarily in MERN stack.
• Strong proficiency in React.js and Node.js.
• Experience with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases.
• Hands-on experience with Express.js and creating RESTful APIs.
• Solid understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript.
• Exposure to Python or interest in integrating Python-based components into MERN applications.
• Knowledge of version control systems (Git).
• Ability to write clean, scalable, and maintainable code.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Nice-to-Have (Preferred):

• Experience with DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, or Docker.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Basic understanding of microservices architecture.
