About The Opportunity

A fast-growing product engineering firm in the Web & Mobile Applications / SaaS sector building scalable, customer-facing platforms and internal tools. The team delivers cloud-native web applications, real-time APIs, and data-driven dashboards using modern JavaScript stacks—focused on performance, reliability, and rapid iteration. This is an on-site role based in India for candidates who thrive in hands-on engineering environments.Role & Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain end-to-end features using the MERN stack: React.js front-ends integrated with Node.js/Express.js back-ends and MongoDB databases.
• Translate product requirements into clean, testable code and well-documented APIs (REST and/or GraphQL) with strong performance and security considerations.
• Implement state management, component libraries, and responsive UI patterns; optimise client-side performance and accessibility.
• Write automated tests, participate in code reviews, and drive improvements to CI/CD pipelines and deployment practices.
• Collaborate with product, QA, and UX teams to iterate quickly; debug production issues and implement robust monitoring and alerting.
• Mentor mid-level engineers, define engineering standards, and contribute to architecture and scalability decisions.

• Comfortable working on-site in India and collaborating across design, product, and operations to ship fast.
