Job Description – Sr MERN Stack Developer-Onsite only (Navi Mumbai)-

3yr+ relevant MERN stack only

Position Overview

We are looking for a skilled MERN Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js. You should be passionate about coding, problem-solving, and delivering high-quality solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

 Design, develop, test, and deploy full-stack web applications using the MERN stack.

 Build reusable components and front-end libraries for scalable applications.

 Develop RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services.

 Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and performance.

 Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and other developers.

 Work with databases (MongoDB) including schema design, queries, and performance tuning.

 Ensure security and data protection best practices in all applications.

 Debug and troubleshoot issues across the stack.

 Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices.

 Willing to work 6 days week , alternate Saturday off

Required Skills & Qualifications

 Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+).

 Hands-on experience with React.js, Node.js, and Express.js.

 Proficient with MongoDB and data modeling.

 Experience with REST APIs and JSON-based communication.

 Familiarity with HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, and responsive design principles.

 Knowledge of version control systems (Git/GitHub).

 Understanding of deployment on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or similar) is a plus.

 Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
