Sr. Marketing Executive

Role Overview: As a Senior Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for leading and executing marketing initiatives to enhance brand awareness, acquire customers, and drive business growth. Your role will require a strategic mindset combined with hands-on execution, focusing on digital marketing, campaign management, and brand development. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies across various channels such as digital, offline, and events - Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns including SEO, SEM, email, and social media - Supervise the creation of marketing content encompassing copywriting, visuals, and promotional materials - Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities - Monitor and analyze campaign performance utilizing analytics tools, and provide reports on ROI and KPIs - Collaborate with sales, product, and design teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives - Control marketing budgets to ensure timely and within budget campaign delivery - Assist in arranging promotional events, trade shows, and webinars - Provide mentorship and guidance to junior marketing staff when necessary Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred) - 3-6 years of marketing experience, with a proven track record in a senior or equivalent role - Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and HubSpot - Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills - Creative thinker with meticulous attention to detail and ability to work effectively under tight deadlines - Experience in either B2B or B2C marketing (depending on the company) Additional Company Details: Only female candidates can apply for this position.
