Brief Overview of the Role: We're seeking an experienced professional to shape our sports apparel & accessories assortment. Join us to drive innovation across multiple sports categories! Key Responsibilities: Identify, source, and develop innovative sports apparel & accessories Manage end-to-end buying process: trend analysis, vendor negotiations, inventory management, and assortment planning Curate diverse product selection for sports like Cricket, Soccer, Golf, Pickleball, Basketball & Running Analyze market trends and data to inform strategic decisions Negotiate with vendors and build strong relationships Oversee inventory management and assortment planning Set up and enhance sports and kitting capabilities (Entire Product Life Cycle). Requirements: NIFT graduate/PG (masters degree preferred) 7+ years experience in sports/activewear industry Proven track record in accessories buying and product development Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel for data analysis Deep understanding of domestic and import supplier base Strong analytical skills and trend forecasting ability Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills Detail-oriented with commitment to high-quality standards Interested candidate can share their cv at b.aishwarya@beanhr.com
