Brief Overview of the Role: Job Specification: Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education Experience in Warehouse Management System ( Manhattan Associates or equivalent ) Experience in WMS End-to-End Flows (Pre-Inbound to Outbound) including various automation systems & WCS Understanding of OMS / ERP application and database systems Experience in Material Systems (MHE) Connectivity & Production Automation Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills Professional communication skills gives clear instructions, good listener Job Description: 10+ years of experience as IT Functional representative / project team member having experience in implementation and managing Warehouses Management System (Preferred Manhattan Associates or equivalent). Knowledge of WMS flows in Fulfilment Centre like Pre-receiving, Inbound, Storage Inventory Control, Waving , Replenishment , Picking , Packing , Task Management , Cycle Count , Outbound , Invoicing , MHE Inbound and Outbound Message processing between WMS and WCS ( POET and COFE System) Knowledge of various automation systems used in Warehouses such as Sorters and “Robotic” Maintains various applications and configurations on the WMS platform Defines local business requirements for WMS software upgrades, deployment, and system configuration updates Translates end users’ requirements into functional and technical specifications Document and execute Standard Operating Procedures and best practises of WMS & Automations Creates workflow process diagrams, mapping documents, functional specifications, and non-functional specifications, user stories, and logical data models Responsible for user support and various systems used in day-to-day operations of Warehouse Responsible for Inventory Management on WMS configuration and stock reconciliation Evaluate application and their capabilities within the WMS Operations portfolio to identify gaps and provide application strategy that would enhance business performance, effectiveness, and maintainability. Experience in leading a team in accomplishing assigned objectives and measure productivity within defines SLAs Ability to multitask (assess, prioritize/reprioritize, and manage duties) and work on multiple initiatives simultaneously. Interacts directly with stakeholders to gather as-is business processes and input & output processes Collaborates with functional leaders and team members to discover, document, and present business processes in the ERP system Assist in providing innovative solutions with best practice standards and approach. Participate and coordinate application analysis, functional design, application configuration, application testing, and training to end users. Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical users. Interact with technical resources for problem resolution. Ensure that all development standards are taken into consideration in the functional and technical design/solution phase. Perform all other duties as assigned by management.
