Plan, review, and manage
urban planning initiatives
related to urban, industrial, infrastructure, and PPP projects
Support preparation, evaluation, and implementation of
Master Plans, Development Plans, Zonal Plans, and DPRs
Coordinate with consultants, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders for planning deliverables
Assist in
contract procurement
, bid evaluation, and consultant/contractor selection processes
Monitor project risks and support implementation of
risk mitigation strategies
Liaise with
government departments, statutory authorities, and urban local bodies
for approvals and compliance
Ensure alignment of projects with
urban development policies, regulations, and planning norms
Prepare planning reports, presentations, and progress updates for senior management

Educational Qualifications

Essential Qualification:

Graduate in
Architecture / Planning
AND
Masters Degree in Urban Planning
or equivalent from a recognized university

Experience Requirements

Minimum
08 (Eight) years
of
post-qualification experience
as on the date of advertisement
Experience in
Urban / Industrial / Infrastructure / PPP projects
Exposure to
contract procurement, risk management, and government interfacing
Candidates with experience in
government / PSU sector infrastructure projects
will be given
preference
