Job Description

Missions/Main Duties

Knowledge of Government policies, acts, frameworks, schemes/programmes related to urban development and expertise in report writing will be preferred.
Must be proficient in AutoCAD and MS office. Exposure to ArcGIS will be preferred.
The professional is preferred to have experience in working on various project life cycles of urban.
Experience in Technical Bid preparation in consultation with the Business development team.
Willingness to Travel to sites and project offices.

Profile/Skills

Candidate required to possess bachelor's in architecture along with master's in urban planning or related field.
Hands-on professional experience of 10+ years in spatial planning, City development plans, town- planning schemes, undertaking Land-use and FSI planning, DCR & Policy analysis, feasibility studies with in-depth analysis of infrastructure requirements.
