Job Description

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage large-scale infrastructure and master planning projects.
Develop comprehensive urban plans that integrate land use, transportation, utilities, and environmental considerations.
Conduct site analysis and feasibility studies to inform planning decisions.
Collaborate with government agencies, stakeholders, and the public to gather input and ensure compliance with regulations.
Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and planning documents.
Oversee the implementation of urban plans and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Utilize GIS and other planning software to analyze data and create visual representations of plans.
Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in urban planning and infrastructure development.
Mentor and guide junior planners and support staff.
