The Opportunity
We're seeking a proactive and analytical candidate to handle technology delivery and development team of payment SWITCH application with ensuring quality, timely and efficient processes. Your role will involve to lead the development team to manage implementation approach, estimation, development, implementation and support. Effectively communicating with the cross team activities. Ideal candidates will have an Engineering degree with 5-10 years of experience in the card payment industry. Strong analytical and team building skills, and excellent communication abilities. Key Responsibilities
- Manage development & production support team.
- Implementation approach finalization with product team.
- Ownership of system integrations and specification.
- Development effort estimation and planning.
- Technical support to development team on day to day challenges.
- Delivery, testing support and implementation.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and project success.
- Time management and timely escalation/communication
Technical Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering BE/BTech/MTech.
- Good knowledge on payment technologies. C++, Oracle, Linux.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in card payment industry or in acquiring business.
- Should have knowledge on Secure Coding & SDLC standards.
- Should have knowledge on payment compliance and standards like PCI DSS, PCI SSF and RBI compliance.
- Strong attention to details along with leadership capabilities.
- Knowledge to recognize trends of the industry.
