Job Description

Build high-quality, clean, scalable, and reusable applications/solutions in the realm of Connected Customer Experience (CCX) working closely with Engineering and product teams
Technical Leadership
- Provide technical guidance and leadership in the development, implementation, and maintenance of Java-based applications, using ServiceNow Platform & other cloud platforms
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, ensuring the team adopts best practices and remains at the forefront of technical innovation.
- Work closely with architects and senior developers to define technical architecture and ensure adherence to best practice coding standards
Team Management
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture that encourages innovation, creativity, and a commitment to excellence
- Conduct regular performance reviews, set performance goals, and provide constructive feedback to team members
Project Management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management and quality assurance, to drive successful project outcomes
- Manage resources effectively, balancing project priorities and team workloads
- Facilitate communication within the team and across departments, ensuring transparency and alignment on project goals
Cloud Technologies
- Demonstrate expertise in SaaS platforms, providing insights and recommendations for optimal cloud-based solutions, preferably ServiceNow.
- Oversee the deployment, management, and optimization of cloud hosted applications
- Contribute to the design and implementation of new CCX products and features while also enhancing the existing product suite
- Adoption of Agentic and Gen AI solutions to deliver customer grade experience

To be successful in this role you have:

15 years of related experience building & leading delivery of multiple enterprise-grade applications
Strong demonstrated ability of leading & managing engineering or application teams for at-least 3 years
Leading Full Stack Development teams (expertise in end-end application development, maintenance, & deployment covering all backend and UI/UX aspects)
Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI s potential impact on the developer productivity (Usage of Open AI, Windsurf, Cursor etc.)
Proficient in modern UI frameworks such as Angular or React, with strong JavaScript background
Experience working across multiple technology stacks, including:
- Cloud Platforms: Azure, AWS
- Messaging Systems: Kafka, Dell Boomi
- Monitoring Tools: Splunk, Catchpoint
- Web Infrastructure: API Gateways, CDNs
