Key Responsibilities:

• Drive

  route-level revenue optimization

  , ensuring maximum yield and profitability.
• Monitor

  route performance

  through analysis of load factors, RASK (Revenue per Available Seat Kilometer), and contribution margins.
• Develop and execute

  pricing, inventory, and fare strategies

  in coordination with revenue management and pricing teams.
• Conduct

  market and competitor analysis

  to identify growth opportunities and mitigate risks.
• Support

  network planning

  in route evaluation, new route proposals, and capacity deployment decisions.
• Prepare

  business cases and forecasts

  for new/existing routes, including profitability analysis.
• Collaborate with

  sales, distribution, and marketing teams

  to support route performance through campaigns and partnerships.
• Track and present

  KPIs and performance dashboards

  to senior leadership, highlighting risks and corrective measures.
• Lead and mentor junior team members in route performance analysis and strategic initiatives.
