Experience Required : 20+ Years Salary Budget : 30 LPA Working Days : Monday to Saturday Job Purpose The Sr. Manager Operations will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end operations of the manufacturing facilities. The role demands a strategic and hands-on leader who can ensure operational efficiency, cost-effectiveness, safety, and compliance while aligning plant performance with broader organizational objectives. Key Roles & Responsibilities 1. Strategic Planning & Leadership Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive efficiency, productivity, and profitability. Align plant operations with organizational goals both short-term and long-term. Lead capacity expansion, modernization, and infrastructure development projects. 2. Operations Management Supervise daily manufacturing operations ensuring high-quality output and timely deliveries. Optimize the use of manpower, materials, and machinery for maximum productivity. Define and monitor KPIs to enable data-driven continuous improvement. 3. Financial Management Prepare, manage, and monitor plant budgets for cost optimization. Analyze operational costs and implement strategies for improved profitability. 4. Safety & Compliance Enforce strict safety standards and ensure a zero-incident workplace. Ensure full compliance with legal, environmental, and regulatory standards. 5. Team Management Lead, mentor, and motivate cross-functional teams and plant managers. Foster a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and operational excellence. Identify skill gaps and implement training and development programs. 6. Continuous Improvement Drive Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other industry best practices. Promote innovation and technology adoption for improved operational outcomes. Qualifications & Experience Education : Bachelor s degree in Engineering / Industrial Management or related field. MBA preferred. Experience : 20+ years in manufacturing/plant operations, including 10+ years in a senior leadership capacity. Proven track record of driving operational excellence and scaling manufacturing capabilities. Strong expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and process improvement. Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills. Financial acumen with experience in budget management and cost control. Job Location: Mira Road
