Job Description

Key Roles & Responsibilities Preparation of detailed bill of quantities (BOQ) based on MEP drawings and designs. Reviewing detailed BOQ prepared by consultant for each contract package (MEP) Preparation and finalization of budgets at different stages Checking monthly bills & certification of vendors/ contractors /Consultants with reconciliation of free issue materials Mapping % completion based on cost incurred and based on Physical progress. Estimation of cost to completion. Preparing monthly cost report. Pricing BOQ with providing Rate analysis as per Market rates. Reviewing and commenting on tender document & contract documents. Attending pre bid meetings, tender negotiation meetings. Participation in awarding of contracts. Participation in Financial close out of project.
