C) Role & responsibilities :-

1. Handling day to day operation of Finance function at the factory to ensure proper accounting and finalization of factory and company accounts in timely manner.

2. Inventory Management- physical verification, controlling damage generation & disposal.

3. Ensuring accuracy of costing data and ensuring smooth system driven internal process flow for cost calculation and data collection.

4. To ensure timely closure of accounting process for reporting,

5. Account Receivable for ascertaining debtors credit limit, managing credit lock operations and collecting/monitoring of sticky debts and outstanding.

6. Provide Monthly Flash and Management report, Production allied data like Segment wise production, Energy cost, Fuel cost, Manpower cost and Comparison with Budgeted cost.

7. Prepare Product costing and Process Costing with breakup of material cost and Expenses.

8. Purchase Accounting & payments. Bill Passing and Prepare Vendor payment Aging Report.

9. Ensuring indirect tax collection accounting, consolidation, proper accounting of ITC, GST return filing, assessments.

10. Drafting of legal documents, meeting with consultants for factory related issues

11. Responsible for compliance to Internal Controls, organizations SOPs

12. Plant controller level approval for all strategic and Maintenance CAPEX, analysis of work orders of OPEX/CAPEX/Services, scrutiny of Account receivables/Payables, credit period, Security deposit deduction and ensuring timely bill booking of contractors/suppliers, proper accounting and payment and preparation of Capitalization schedule and proper capitalization of Assets in the FA register.

13. Preparation of Factory Budget and Forecast (Monthly)
