Position Overview:

Responsibilities:

• Handled projects for IAM which involves Delivery and Could be able to do presale for IAM projects

• Provide

  strategic leadership and guidance in the development, implementation, and management of cyber security solutions for clients.

• Sales - GTM Strategy, Pre-Sales, Proposal Creation and Sales related activities

• Bid Management - Bid Management , RFP , RFQ

• Define and execute the firm's cyber security strategy, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert in cyber security.
• Lead and mentor a team of cyber security professionals, providing guidance, support, and fostering a culture of excellence.
• Conduct assessments of clients' cyber security posture, identify vulnerabilities, and recommend remediation measures.
• Oversee the implementation of cyber security controls, technologies, and processes to protect client assets and mitigate risks.
• Stay abreast of the evolving cyber security landscape, emerging threats, and industry trends to provide thought leadership and proactive guidance.
• Collaborate with other business units and stakeholders to integrate cyber security into overall risk management strategies.
• Manage complex cyber security incidents, lead incident response efforts, and provide timely communication and guidance to clients.

Preferred candidate profile

Preferring - Big 4 Candidate

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus.

• Minimum of 9+ years of experience in the field of cyber security

  , preferably in a consulting or professional services environment.

• Big 4 experience/ consulting experience must

• Familiarity with Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems and processes.

• Understanding of Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) and Security Orchestration, Automation, and Response (SOAR) technologies.

• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, or other industry-recognized certifications are highly desirable.
