Role & responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Provide

  strategic leadership and guidance in the development, implementation, and management of cyber security solutions to our clients from GCC based at Hyderabad.

• Manage a team 50 to100 Cyber professionals based at GCC with global stake holder management

• Define and execute the firm's cyber security strategy, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert in cyber security.
• Lead and mentor a team of cyber security professionals, providing guidance, support, and fostering a culture of excellence.
• Conduct assessments of clients' cyber security posture, identify vulnerabilities, and recommend remediation measures.
• Oversee the implementation of cyber security controls, technologies, and processes to protect client assets and mitigate risks.
• Stay abreast of the evolving cyber security landscape, emerging threats, and industry trends to provide thought leadership and proactive guidance.
• Collaborate with other business units and stakeholders to integrate cyber security into overall risk management strategies.
• Manage complex cyber security incidents, lead incident response efforts, and provide timely communication and guidance to clients.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, information technology, or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 14 years of experience in the field of cyber security with some experience of managing/working in GCC environment or responsible for setting up of GCC & operations.
• Big 4 experience/ consulting experience / GCC experience would be preferred
• Strong knowledge and understanding of cyber security frameworks, standards, and best practices, such as NIST, ISO 27001, CIS Controls, etc.
• Experience in implementing IAM, Vulnerability Management (VM) tools and practices.
• Familiarity with Risk assessment, Control management, Global standards & frameworks and related processes.
• Understanding of Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) and Security Orchestration, Automation, and Response (SOAR) technologies.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, or other industry-recognized certifications are highly desirable.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate and influence stakeholders at all levels.
