Job Description

As a Fleet Partner Lead at our company, your role will involve leading fleet partners in the region to enhance operations and drive performance. Fleet partners are entrepreneurs managing their own fleet of vehicles and drivers who play a crucial role in supporting our supply growth in various markets across India. Your focus will be on building, managing, and scaling fleets for the Uber platform in the region, contributing significantly to our growth strategy. Your Impact in Role: - Build and lead account management for fleet partnerships in India - Manage vehicle addition targets and increase supply hours for maximum benefit - Identify efficiencies in fleet operations to improve completion rates and asset utilization - Develop a successful Key Account Management (KAM) team through coaching and deep understanding of the fleet business - Manage critical fleet partner relationships across India - Present business reviews to senior management on progress against key performance indicators - Manage multiple projects effectively in a fast-paced environment - Collaborate with global fleet, product, and tech teams to develop appropriate tools for fleet business management What You Will Need: - Extensive account management experience in the Indian market, ideally in technology, e-commerce, FMCG, or transportation industries - Ability to work independently and collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders for high-impact project execution - Initiative-taking in a dynamic work environment, prioritization skills, and teamwork capabilities - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Willingness to travel across India as necessary - Previous consulting or startup experience would be advantageous This job offers a unique opportunity for a sharp, analytical, and organized individual to make a significant impact on fleet operations and performance in the region.
