Job Responsibility

Oversee the development and implementation of a structured document control system for all project documentation, including drawings, contracts, reports, and permits.
Establish and enforce standardized document management processes, including naming conventions, version control, filing systems, and archiving.
Ensure all project documents are up-to-date and accessible to all relevant stakeholders in a timely manner.
Coordinate with project teams to review, approve, and file documents in accordance with company protocols.
Act as the central point of contact for all document-related queries, both internally and externally.
Facilitate the timely review and approval of documents by internal and external stakeholders (e.g., contractors, consultants, vendors).
Coordinate with the project teams to track project documents, ensure proper routing and approvals, and resolve any document-related issues.
Assist in preparing and distributing reports, meeting minutes, and correspondence to key project stakeholders.

JOB SPECIFICATION

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
Certifications in Document Control or Project Management (e.g., PMP, ISO 9001, etc.) are a plus.
Minimum of 5-9 years of experience in document control, with at least 3 years in a managerial role in the real estate, construction, or related industry.
Proven experience in handling complex documentation for large-scale construction or real estate development projects.
Familiarity with project management software and document control systems (e.g., Procore, Aconex, SharePoint, etc.).
