Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth training sessions on AI products for school leaders, educators, and stakeholders.
  • Tailor training programs to suit the needs of different schools and educational systems.
  • Support schools through the onboarding process, ensuring smooth integration and adoption of the tech products.
  • Offer continuous customer success support to address any challenges faced by schools after onboarding.
  • Track and report on training and customer success metrics, helping identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Utilize data analytics and Excel skills to analyze training effectiveness and product usage.
  • Collaborate with the product and consulting teams to refine training materials based on customer feedback and evolving needs.
  • Provide ongoing support to educators to ensure they maximize the value of AI tools in their classrooms.
  • Travel to schools across India to conduct in-person training and onboarding sessions as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a trainer or teacher with a strong interest in technology integration.
  • Knowledge and experience in customer success, with a focus on onboarding and ongoing support.
  • Familiarity with educational technology and AI products is a plus.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Proficiency in Excel and data analytics to analyze product usage, training feedback, and success metrics.
  • Enthusiasm for technology and education, with a passion for empowering educators and supporting product adoption.
  • Willingness to travel and work on-site with schools across India.
  • Ability to adapt training methods to suit diverse audiences and contexts.

Preferred Background:

  • Experience as a school leader with a focus on technology integration and customer success.
  • Background in product training within a tech company, particularly in an education-related field.
  • Experience in K-12 education and knowledge of the challenges schools face in adopting new technologies.
