Role Overview: As a Product Trainer & Customer Success Specialist, you will be responsible for training educators and school leaders on tech products to ensure successful adoption and integration. In addition to training, you will play a critical role in supporting the customer success aspect by assisting schools in their onboarding process, addressing concerns, and ensuring effective product usage. Key Responsibilities: Conduct in-depth training sessions on AI products for school leaders, educators, and stakeholders. Tailor training programs to suit the needs of different schools and educational systems. Support schools through the onboarding process, ensuring smooth integration and adoption of the tech products. Offer continuous customer success support to address any challenges faced by schools after onboarding. Track and report on training and customer success metrics, helping identify opportunities for improvement. Utilize data analytics and Excel skills to analyze training effectiveness and product usage. Collaborate with the product and consulting teams to refine training materials based on customer feedback and evolving needs. Provide ongoing support to educators to ensure they maximize the value of AI tools in their classrooms. Travel to schools across India to conduct in-person training and onboarding sessions as required. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience as a trainer or teacher with a strong interest in technology integration. Knowledge and experience in customer success, with a focus on onboarding and ongoing support. Familiarity with educational technology and AI products is a plus. Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences. Proficiency in Excel and data analytics to analyze product usage, training feedback, and success metrics. Enthusiasm for technology and education, with a passion for empowering educators and supporting product adoption. Willingness to travel and work on-site with schools across India. Ability to adapt training methods to suit diverse audiences and contexts. Preferred Background: Experience as a school leader with a focus on technology integration and customer success. Background in product training within a tech company, particularly in an education-related field. Experience in K-12 education and knowledge of the challenges schools face in adopting new technologies.
