Manager/Senior Manager - MEP

Role & responsibilities

• Overseeing execution of all Electrical including conducting, wiring, cabling & termination, fixing of cable Tray/Trunking, Bus duct, installation, testing & commissioning of LT, HT Panels, Transformer, DG Sets.
• Cable laying, jointing & Termination.
• Installation of Fire Detection System, TV & TEL. System & PA system.
• Installation of Computer Networking, Data Cabling including termination of jack, Patch panel and HUB documentation and certification of total networking system.
• Project Planning, Monitoring including Preparation of schedules.
• Discussions/ Meetings with consultants, client for approval of drawing and executing works at site.
• Preparation of bill and getting its approval at site by client/consultants.
• Tendering & estimating of all electrical works and projects and procurement of Materials
• Provides guidance, managerial, technical support to complete project team.
• Analyze drawings, specifications, and statements of work in the preparation of activity networks for project resource planning and scheduling.
• Prepare program master schedule and performs critical path analysis.
• Prepare plans and schedules, status reports and performance evaluation.
• Provide program planning capabilities including interfaces and risks analysis.
• Establish and monitor program and project controls KPI's.
• Ensure program policies and procedures are implemented accordingly.

Job Specification

• B.E/ B.Tech in Electrical Engineering with at least 08-13 years of experience into managing MEP services for the projects.
• Good experience of Premium high rise residential projects.
• Proficiency with MS-Office.
• Ability to perform duties under deadline pressure in a fast-paced, high volume environment
• Must possess strong Leadership and Communication Skills
• Detail oriented and thorough.
