Job Description

(For Junior MEP Engineer

Exp 02 Years )

Roles & Responsibilities

Assist in supervision of MEP works at site (Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Firefighting, ELV).
Execute works as per approved drawings and instructions.
Coordinate with contractors and site supervisors.
Assist in checking drawings and identifying site issues.
Support inspections, testing, and commissioning activities.
Maintain basic site records and daily progress reports.
Follow site safety and quality guidelines.

Education

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical / Electrical / Building Services Engineering.

Key Skills

Basic knowledge of MEP systems
Site execution support
Drawing reading (basic)
AutoCAD (basic)
MS Office
Good communication skills

(For MEP Engineer OR Senior MEP Engineer

5+ Years)

Roles & Responsibilities

Independently handle MEP site execution (Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Firefighting, STP/WTP, ELV).
Review and coordinate MEP drawings with civil and architectural teams.
Plan manpower, materials, and work schedules.
Supervise contractors and ensure quality as per approved specifications.
Manage testing, commissioning, and snag closure.
Monitor progress and report to Project Manager.
Verify quantities, measurements, and billing.
Ensure compliance with safety norms, NBC, IS codes, and project standards.
Maintain as-built drawings and handover documentation.
Guide and support junior engineers.

Education

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical / Electrical / Building Services Engineering.
