Job Description

Minimum 10 years of business experience in the automotive parts or electronics industry
- Experience leading a project team - Experience in some form of negotiation with other companies and able to build relationships - Ability to communicate in English and Japanese (Not Must) - Experience as a project leader - Financial Planing & Analysis - AOP, Cost & Profitability Analysis, Manpower, Operations, Fixed Cost, Direct / Semidirect, VA analysis - Experience in Profitability & Variance Analysis for negotiating with business partnerships with internal & other companies - Experience in SAP (Master Configuration, Transaction & Reporting), MIS Report to analyse and manage Cost saving projects - Experience in FP&A CMA - Cost Control, Product costing, MHR, Project Value Calculation, Basiness case prepration
