We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Lead – Private Corporate Sales Manager to drive B2B business growth by acquiring new corporate clients. The role focuses on engaging with decision-makers across organizations to pitch our products. This is a client-facing role requiring strong relationship-building, negotiation, and strategic selling skills. Sales Revenue accountability for Pan India Private Corporate Accounts Identify, prospect, and acquire new corporate clients by targeting top organizations Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer need to suggest competitive offerings. Conduct presentations with decision-makers to understand their business needs and offer customized digital solutions. Manage the entire sales cycle — from lead generation and proposal development to deal closure and onboarding. Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients to ensure repeat business and referrals. Collaborate with internal teams (product, marketing, customer support) to deliver client satisfaction. Maintain an up-to-date CRM with all client interactions, proposals, and follow-ups. Experience: 8-10 years of experience Qualification : BSc/BCA/MCA/B.Tech and MBA/PGDM Prior Experience/Background : Corporate Sales Proven track record of achieving sales targets. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and closing abilities. Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in using CRM tools and MS Office Suite. Strong data-driven decision-making skills.
