? Maximise Brand Profitability on Google Ads

? Long-term:
? Identify and test New Growth Channels, focusing on one at a time for maximum impact.
Maximise Brand Profitability on Google Ads:
? Own the charter to improve unit economics of brands advertising on Google Ads.
? Identify profit leaks across funnel stages and design interventions to ensure positive contribution margins.
Drive Scalability Across Brand Accounts on Google Ads
? Develop frameworks to identify accounts with high scaling potential and craft strategies that unlock higher daily spend thresholds.
? Define success criteria and set up ongoing monitoring systems to track brand-level scalability improvements.
Design and scale playbooks to support 600+ brand rollouts
? Lead the development of robust, modular playbooks that address each stage of the brand journey.
? Design tiered implementation plans that can be used by the team for measurable impact.
Team Leadership and Collaboration:
? Work directly with senior leadership to drive high-impact Key Results (KRs) for the company.
? Take end-to-end ownership of critical initiatives with the opportunity to create tangible business impact. ? Ensure seamless cross-functional collaboration to maximize results. ? Communicate progress and outcomes clearly to key stakeholders, maintaining high transparency and accountability. ? Thrive in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment with significant room to grow and shape the future.
Identify and test New Growth Channels:
? Identify and evaluate new growth channels for partner brands, unlocking incremental revenue streams for the company.
? Prioritize and test one high-potential channel at a time to ensure focused execution and measurable impact. ? Collaborate closely with senior leadership to align on opportunities and drive swift go-to-market execution
Ideal fit:
? Strong academic pedigree - Tier-1 undergraduate degree (IIT, BITS, NIT).
? Minimum 1 year of experience in a high-impact role. ? Prior exposure to Google Ads is a plus. ? Experience working with Indian e-commerce companies - marketplaces or D2C brands preferred. ? Fast learner with the ability to distill insights into clear, actionable frameworks and playbooks.
