Sr Manager - Business Strategy

As a Lead in Tata Communications, your role involves leading, driving, and monitoring the structured strategy execution across Business Units (BUs), functions, and accounts. You will contribute significantly to defining the direction of the operating plans based on the business strategy, with a mid-term impact on the overall results of the business unit. Your responsibilities include: - Reviewing the external market scenario and conducting analytics on current market trends - Assimilating analyst reports and providing relevant information to the business - Conducting competitor benchmarking related to financial performance and operational aspects - Reviewing performance factors such as product-mix, sales-ECV/MRC ratios, target-actual revenue numbers, etc. - Conducting industry analysis, scenario development, business case for new region/products/service entry strategy - Prioritizing operational areas that need intervention in a 6-12 month period - Designing and developing strategic frameworks and defining levers to drive growth - Building a detailed roadmap along with business teams and advising BU teams on strategic implications - Working with various functional teams to ensure an actionable project deployment plan is built - Leading the program governance, monitoring adherence to timelines, scope, and budget - Leading and facilitating the process for evaluation of M&A opportunities - Driving innovation by developing partnerships with external organizations and leading internal innovation initiatives You should have direct domain experience (sales/products) or consulting experience with technology services companies.
