We’re now hiring a Sr. Manager – Ad Sales & Partnerships to own client acquisition, build strong partnerships, and drive revenue growth.

What You’ll Do

• Identify, pitch, and acquire new clients across industries.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with brand POCs, marketing heads, and agencies.
• Drive ad sales for performance marketing & affiliate campaigns.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales & revenue targets.
• Travel to meet clients, attend industry events, and close partnerships.
• Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth campaign execution.

What We’re Looking For

• 2–4 years of experience in ad sales, or business development (preferably in digital marketing / performance marketing / affiliate networks).
• Strong client acquisition and relationship management skills.
• Excellent communication, pitching, and negotiation abilities.
• Comfortable with frequent travel for client meetings.
• Target-driven, ambitious, and able to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
