Sr. Management Consultant/Engagement Manager, Marketing – Business Consulting & Solutions Group (BC&S, India)

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Perform a role that combines hands-on contribution, client engagement, and team management across multiple parallel initiatives.
  • Own and drive execution of the business analytics roadmap for key CPG / Consumer clients by demonstrating strong techno-functional consulting and stakeholder management, in close collaboration with data science and engineering teams.
  • Independently liaise with senior client stakeholders (including CxO / functional leaders), convincingly present solution approaches, and constructively question or challenge the client where required
  • Define business problems concisely, synthesize findings, hypothesize solution options, and measure and articulate how solutions improve client objectives (revenue, cost, working capital, service, risk)
  • Lead and execute offering developments around the Integrated marketing data & analytics strategy to drive strategic marketing actions, enhanced customer engagement, and personalized consumer experiences
  • Lead solutioning and presales for your accounts, shaping problem statements, approaches, SoWs, proposals, and demo storylines.
  • Manage cross-functional teams (DE, DS, BI) for high-quality delivery: planning sprints, tracking progress, and proactively managing risks and dependencies.

Mandated Profile:

  • Bachelor's Degree (BE / BTech – preferably in Engineering / CS / related quantitative disciplines) from Tier I / II universities (e.g., IITs / NITs); MBA from top-tier B-schools (IIMs or equivalent) preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in the domains of marketing, digital marketing, and e-commerce.
  • 5+ Demonstrated expertise in omnichannel marketing and analytics, including digital display, online video, premium OLV, CTV, paid search, social media, and website marketing, along with experience in managing loyalty programs, strong familiarity with digital targeting, activation, trafficking, and measurement.
  • Hands-on experience with key marketing and analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Google Analytics (GA4), Amazon Advertising Console, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, DSPs (e.g., DV360, The Trade Desk), and campaign management platforms.
  • Direct or supporting experience in performance marketing, media planning, and media & digital strategy.
  • Proven exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to blend creativity and structured logic to think through complex problems and develop practical solutions.
  • Ability to develop and articulate strategic recommendations based on rigorous data analysis and clear linkage to business value.

Desired Profile:

  • Applicants with significant exposure to implementing data and analytics solutions for large CPG, consumer durables, retail, fashion/lifestyle, or e-commerce clients, either directly working within the business or consulting, Big-4, or digital practice, are strongly preferred.
  • Understanding of applications of statistical and machine learning algorithms
  • Any hands-on experience with analytical tools
Applicants having an active B1/B2 (US Visa) will be a plus.
