Sr. Maintenance Engineer KGJ Description Position: Sr. Engineer Department: Maintenance Responsibilities : PLC and CAQ expertMust have knowledge on Robotic and blow molding maintenanceReview OEE data and key indicators for use of TPM standardUse of CMMS D7i software tool in order to drive global standardization in the maintenance processesSupport and interact with the production plants and global HQ that maintenance standards are keptSupport the development/CI of maintenance standards, production equipment and processesCorrelate OEE and TPM objectivesEnsure availability of critical spare partsDistribute technology, TPM/maintenance knowledge and best practiceDevelop and implement technical standards.Spares Planning & Management, Documentation controlMonitoring and control of Maintenance KPIs (MTTR, MTBF, BD Percentage, Reduction in Energy consumption)Preparation of Yearly & Monthly Preventive maintenance planEffectiveness Monitoring of Preventive maintenanceMonitoring and control of maintenance cost.Projects Co-ordination and monitoring.IATF 16949, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 System awareness, implementation and adherence.5s & Safety at PlantRobot Installation and MaintenanceProduction process Experience: Graduate/ Diploma in Engineering/Electrical with preferably in Mechanical/ Electrical7-8 years' experience in high-volume manufacturing (automotive)Manufacturing experience (international assignments or project work)Coaching, mentoring and team-leading experienceDetailed knowledge about manufacturing equipmentGeneral knowledge of legal requirements relative to all aspects of operating / maintain manufacturing equipmentMS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), CMMS and MinitabLean tools TPM, 6S, A3, PDCAKnowledge of ISO TS, EMS & OSHAS documentation.Strong English language skills are required Qualifications This replacement position required below qualification.
