Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Lounge Manager

Key Responsibilities

·       Ensure seamless F&B operations, hygiene standards, and overall service excellence

·       Monitor operational systems and ensure strict adherence to airport protocols and regulatory requirements

·       Lead, train, and supervise lounge staff to maintain high service standards

·       Prepare and manage duty rosters, performance reviews, and discipline processes

·       Foster a positive, motivated, and service-oriented team culture

·       Coordinate with airport authorities for licenses, audits, permits, and compliance documentation

·       Ensure compliance with safety, security, and regulatory norms at all times

·       Deliver a premium guest experience and handle escalations effectively

·       Collect, analyse, and act on guest feedback to improve lounge services

·       Implement strategies to enhance overall guest satisfaction and lounge offerings

·       Manage vendor relationships, inventory, procurement, and daily operational requirements

·       Ensure cost-effective operations while maintaining quality standards

·       Identify operational gaps and implement corrective and preventive actions

·       Introduce initiatives to enhance lounge offerings and operational efficiency

·       Participate in ongoing process improvements and service enhancements

Required Skills & Competencies

·       Mandatory experience in airport lounge operations

·       Strong leadership, people management, and staff-handling skills

·       Excellent communication, problem-solving, and guest-management abilities

·       Sound knowledge of airport compliance, audits, and licensing procedures

·       Ability to perform under pressure in high-footfall, fast-paced environments

·       Minimum 8 years of relevant experience
