As a UCC Collaboration Sr. Lead at Tata Communications, your role involves managing day-to-day network operations and maintenance in the Unified Collaborations domain. You will be responsible for customer change requests, platform uptime, incident management, problem management, CFT/OEM interlock, and escalation support for operations. Your contributions are crucial for ensuring network efficiency and availability. **Key Responsibilities:** - Create and maintain infrastructure for field and network operations to enhance network efficiency and availability. - Manage new enhancements and resolve issues promptly. - Handle proactive/reactive fault management and incident management, ensuring timely updates to customers during faults. - Collaborate with OEMs to address repeat issues and bugs through the change management process. - Identify manual tasks, automate them, and prepare SOP documents for change management. - Monitor environment performance to minimize network transmission interruptions. - Maintain network equipment, conduct security operations, and perform O&M tasks for installation and testing of new equipment. - Troubleshoot network, equipment, and service level faults, and prepare comprehensive vulnerability assessment reports. - Lead a small team or work as an individual contributor. **Qualification Required:** - Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Telecommunications. - VMWare VDC Certified, Red Hat Certified. - 5 to 10 years of IT industry experience. - Expert knowledge in VMWare ESXi, VMWare vCenter, and KVM Hypervisor. - Strong understanding of Basics of Networking, VLANs, routes, etc. - Ability to demonstrate IP Switching and Routing knowledge. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Aptitude for learning new technologies and working under pressure. - Teamwork and team building attributes. - Willingness to travel to different cities when required.
